We have just experienced a very seamless & efficient installation of our Compact Lift, and are delighted with the outcome. Our contact and multiple visits by David, the sales consultant were clear, informative and courteous. The communication with Radhieka in admin was also helpful & efficient. On the day of preparation, Luke arrived exactly on time and completed his part efficiently and tidily. The installers, Daniel & Stan also arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. It has been a pleasure to deal with this very professional and courteous company and highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a compact lift as we decided to replaced a spiral staircase with a lift. Today Luke Lowry, from Compact Home Lifts, finished the insert ready for the install which happens tomorrow. Luke is a very polite and energetic tradesman. He is extremely knowledgeable and precise, and given the situation he used his remarkable ability to adapt and create to the finished job. His work was excellent, he tidied up and took the rubbish with him. We are very impressed. Will and Liz

Wow, don't know where to start... ok the whole team at Compact Home Lifts were highly professional and commendable from start to finish. My wife and I are both 72 years old and felt time was ripe to install a compact lift for our new double storey home. This company literally stood out from any other I did a research on and my further enquiries certainly did not disappoint. Started with a call I received from Sahara Aboujibal followed by a prompt visit to our home by David Hamilton. He was very well informed, knew his product really well to help us muster the confidence we needed to go the next step. To reassure ourselves we went to experience the lifts first hand at their showroom. We were not disappointed and promptly placed our order/s. Next we received the call from Compact Lifts schedular Ms Radhieka Kashyap who was pleasantly friendly professional and accommodating. When we were ready a fine gentleman Dan G came along to start working on creating the provision required for the installers. He too was clearly skilled in his aspect of the installation. Then finally the team of two lovely highly professional guys, installers Dan and Dean turned up early this morning at 7.30 am and by 3.30 pm we had a beautiful ELEGENCE PLUS Compact Home Lift fully functioning in our home. Many thanks to the WHOLE team. Awesome work guys! Five stars all round from us.

The communication with this company has been excellent. The site work by Luke was well done and the area was left vacuumed and clean. He is a very knowledgeable person. The installation was completed in one day as quoted, the area was left clean and tidy, the handover ver comprehensive.
