Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with Connect Support Group and their Managing Director Agnes Bamford. We employed them to be support coordinators for our 2 sons and my wife. Within a day she had met with the NDIA and we suddenly found our 2 boys NDIS funding was drastically cut back - in some areas funding for support workers and psychology was completely gone! Our boys plans were not due to be reviewed as they had been rolled over for another 12 months. Without even knowing our boys Agnes acted as if she knew what was best for them and recommended all these changes despite us making it clear she was not to change anything without consulting us first. As a result we are appealing to the NDIA for our boys plans to be restored. The stress this has put our family under is terrible. Keep away from this company!

Our daughter Vicki has been supported by Agnes and her team almost since she became part of the NDIS. Agnes has been a godsend to us and she gives so much of herself making sure her clients are cared for in their support. I have been supported by Connect Support Group since I started with NDIS 5 years ago and I am very happy with their services. I had just had my plan reviewed and renewed a couple of months ago. It is unfortunate that over the recent few years NDIS has been slashing funding across the board for all clients. Agnes fought very hard for NDIS not to reduce my funding. In the end, my funding was reduced but I am satisfied with it because I know the funding would have been a lot less if Agnes had not fought for it on my behalf. Thank you very much, Agnes.

We have been working with Agnes and her Team for more than 3 years. They are always focussed on participant goals and work collaborativly with multiple providers to provide the best possible outcome for the participant. She always go above and beyond to advocate for the participant and include concerns of the family while representing meetings with NDIS. Amber health care team always had best outcomes when worked with her team. Keep the good work Agnes and Team.

Agnes and Jeremy are extremely helpful. My 3 children have been with them since the start of NDIS. My daughter loves the community outings on Saturday and is becoming more confident around new people. It’s great to see her enjoy going out without me needing to be there. She is thriving
