Google MapsI've been seeing Varun Singh Sr physiotherapist for about a month now because I had issues with my neck and lots of pain and numbness in left arm ..... its now perfect just a little more to go ...but the numbness has gone and I can actually move my head to the left without any pain...highly recommended Varun Songh from cure n care frankston in finlay st ...he also has a room at medical one medical centre....if u have any issues go and see him!!!!!

Google MapsIn the past I have been seeing Physiotherapy for my shoulder and neck pain where I feel not much was achieved and still in pain. I've been putting off going back to have some physio, but when I was referred to cure and care by my GP I was a little reluctant, but decided to give it a go and got to say Yamini was amazing she got right to the problem and I'm starting to move my shoulder and neck more freely. After 2 sessions and I'm feeling a lot better than I have for quite a while. Will highly recommend Yamini.

Google MapsI recently started treatment at Care N Cure Physiotherapy Clinic in Frankston, beginning my sessions with Varun, who helped me strengthen my knee and manage Achilles tendinitis through a well-balanced mix of targeted therapies and personalised exercises. Varun’s approach was outstanding and set a strong foundation for my recovery. After a few sessions, Yamini took over my therapy to ensure my knee pain and Achilles tendinitis wouldn’t return. I am noticing a remarkable improvement in comfort and mobility. She suggested getting an X-ray and scan to pinpoint the root cause of the pain, which I plan to do soon. Yamini took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my knee and tendon, guiding me through a clear, step-by-step recovery plan with genuine care and attention. Her dedication, empathy, and ability to listen deeply to her patient's concerns truly stand out. The level of focus she brings to understanding and addressing pain reflects both her expertise and commitment. I’m feeling much better now and am very grateful for the care I’ve received at Care N Cure. The entire team shows the same warmth and personal attention. It’s not just about effective treatment—it’s the thoughtful, caring approach that makes all the difference. Highly recommended; amazing team, you’ll be in very safe hands!
