Google MapsA woman asked if they price matched and she got verbally abused by the bloke that is the pharmacist and i believe owns the pharmacy. Absolutely uncalled for, just disgusting!

Google MapsI accidentally ordered my medication from here. Won’t do it again. Absolute lack of accountability. Called at 9:02am on the 10th of October. Was told it will be delivered to me the same day or the next. I followed up the next day at 10:02. I was not made aware that my medication was not presented to the post office until 3:45pm the day I ordered it. 15 minutes before it closed. I have now been without my medication Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and when I ask about it Monday? “It’s the post office fault”. I accidentally asked the Laidley Pharmacy about my delivery (they were who I used last time, came in 24hrs) and the owner called me personally. Gatton Pharmacy have only messaged me. Text message. For vital medication. This lack of care is abhorrent. Australia Post advise me that my packet got sent to Bundaberg. When I asked Linda from Gatton Pharmacy for a refund, and for her to request Aus Post return my vital medication to her so I can get it elsewhere? “That is Australia Posts responsibility” So I am looking after my two children, in the middle of a cost of living crisis, and this person is more concerned with claiming Aus Post, rather than caring for their patient, offering a solution. All I got was excuses and pushback. I hope I make it to Wednesday.
