Google MapsThe most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been here numerous times and get interrogated every time I go, be it for plain Nurofen or a script. The pharmacists are incredibly rude and DO NOT understand the meaning of privacy with peoples personal health information. Definitely will not be back here.

Google MapsThe customer service is beyond despicable. The pharmacist and owner struggled to receive feedback/constructive criticism on his staff who have no apparent customer service. Respect is not demanded it's earnt- will not be returning to support this local business again

Google MapsThe shop assistants are friendly and helpful but pharmacist was rude and arrogant. I have lived in the area for 30+ years and have been a customer for most of these but will not be anymore. Every time I go to buy something the pharmacist seems to have a bad attitude and it's like it's an inconvenience to her to have to serve me. There is always a really long wait if you need to speak with the pharmacist just to get advise about over the counter medication. I strongly recommend you find another phramacy.

Google MapsMy family have lived in the area for nearly 50 years, this pharmacy is by far the best in the area. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and most remember my name, they can get busy at times but that is to be expected if you go there at peak times, if you're patient at the busy times the pharmacist and other staff are always very professional and helpful. If you go there when it is not bust all the staff are happy to spend the extra time with you when they can. I drive past 4 other pharmacies just to go to this one. If anyone is complaining about the service in this place then they are the problem and not the staff
