Google MapsI went into this store to hand in a Parcel Point Package as well as get a script on Saturday 9th Jan, in the morning. The customer service was appalling! I was the only one in the store and it took a long time for someone to attend to me, when they clearly saw me. Not only that, I wasn't greeted at all once I was attended to! The lady eventually said with no expression "returning something". I handed the package over and she complained that it was too heavy - it probably weighed 1 kg, but it was nothing to complain about. She then rudely commented "did you keep anything and laughed" after saying "excuse me" in a shocked tone, she repeated herself in an arrogant manner once again. Does she not know the meaning of privacy. Then she took what felt like 10 minutes, just to process something on the computer without speaking one word. Eventually the long process was over and she very quickly said "done" and stormed off. I then went to get my script and the pharmacist spoke quite loudly, once again providing me with no privacy. The lack of desire to work there and lack of customer services that the current staff have, makes this pharmacy a horrible place. There are plenty of people out there that could give this store a far more vibrant atmosphere.
