Google MapsAbsolutely useless chemist Don’t bother calling to see if they have your scripts available they just say yes yes yes and then no when you get there waste your time driving here when they don’t actually have what you asked for

Google MapsThe pharmacist there old lady is so bloody rude. I was talking to the guy regarding my daughters symptoms and I wasn’t talking that Loud and the pharmacist so loud says to another person sorry I can’t hear over that lady she’s being so loud. I apologise and she was just so rude. I even said to the guy I’m deaf in one ear and I try my hardest not to talk loud cause it’s embarrassing and for her to be that rude I’ve left there shaking and crying and embarrassed never ever coming back there again! Learn to be kind can’t get over that. Her being a being pharmacist she should know not all disabilities can been seen!

Google MapsHands down the worst pharmacy in Melbourne. Absolute nightmare what a waste of time. Call ahead to confirm if they have a script item the women on the phone said yes go in to get scripts and she’s says no you have to order it in…. Joke. Rude and unprofessional.

Google MapsI went in on the 13th of may to get a Covid shot. I have had a bad past with needles, and a couple days before I fainted due to the flu shot. I told Kelly my past and I couldn’t have wished for a better pharmacist to be helping me. Kelly and Mariana were absolutely brilliant and supportive, it was by far the best needle experience I’ve ever had. I was so pleased and happy with my experience and would really recommend others to go here for similar needs. Even during entering the pharmacy, I was greeted warmly and the whole process was so smooth and calming. I am very happy and grateful for such lovely lady’s helping me today. If I could give 1000/5 stars I would.
