Google MapsI went to take an immunisation history statement for my daughter. Even she hasn't tried that before, got it done for me for the first time within 2, 3 minutes. Very kind and efficient. Best in service.

Google MapsWorst experience of any pharmacy I have been to. My daughter went to get scripts filled ,requested 2 asthma puffers for her daughter, the elderly lady pharmacist was extremely rude to my daughter and would only let her purchase 1 asthma puffer without any reason or explanation. I went in and complained requesting the 2nd asthma puffer and amazingly the elderly lady pharmacist allowed it . I did also say to her there is no need to be rude to your customers and I will be leaving a review. Problem solved. Will not be returning to this pharmacy as have had similar experiences there before.

Google MapsAbsolutely blown away by the ladies at the dispensary at the back. I have been trying to get a certain medication for over a week now and after ringing the big chain chemist’s and getting the run around I rang here today. Not only did they have what I needed they were happy to hold it for me and organise for me to have my refills as well. As someone who runs a retail store this is the kind of service I expect my team to give. Safe to say you have a new loyal customer now. Thank you guys so much .

Google MapsI visited this pharmacy at 9am to drop off a ParcelPoint return in an Amazon box. Ellie greeted me pleasantly at first. When she noticed the box wasn’t sealed, I explained that I’d run out of large packing tape at home. She replied, “Well, that’s your problem, you need to figure that out,” before grabbing tape from behind the counter and sealing it herself. While I understand it may have been a minor inconvenience, the rude and unnecessary comment left a poor impression. A little professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
