I’ve been coming here for close to a year, and Todd has been great and really helpful throughout my recovery. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming too, which makes a big difference. My only small piece of feedback would be about the parking situation. It can get really chaotic at the back, cars often get stuck trying to exit, and the traffic going in and out is a bit wild. It would be great if the team could be a bit more proactive and let clients know ahead of time when the car park is full. Even a quick text or call to let us know and to suggest parking down the road would be really helpful.

Healthy Bodies provide an exceptional service in a warm, friendly, flexible and professional environment. I was referred to physiotherapist Ebony after shoulder surgery, she provided a great blend of physical manipulation and guided rehabilitation exercises across approximately 20 sessions and 6 months. Her professionalism, knowledge and integrity shone, as did her interpersonal skills and optimism. I was then referred to Big Ben for exercise physiology, for focused strength improvements for about 6 sessions across 2 months. Ben creates an incredibly warm and friendly environment for group rehabilitation. Each individual recieves tailored programs whilst Ben seamlessly creates an engaging and inclusive social environment throughout each session. Together, the work of Ebony and Big Ben has my shoulder strong with a good range of movement, and has left me with a positive attitude around ongoing rehab and exercise. My surgeon has consistently commented that my recovery has significantly exceeded his expectation. A lot of that credit belongs to Healthy Bodies Physio. Thanks for the support team! :)

Not a good expedience with personal comments made putting the onus on me when Todd had the wrong diagnosis and treatment. My pain was fixed in 2 days by another physio who was medically proficient.
