Google MapsMy mum has used David for the past two months, he has been more than professional and was extremely patient with her while she was learning the exercises he gave her. His treatment plan was excellent and matched her needs. His service to her at home made it far easier for her as travel is an issue. She couldn't recommend him highly enough. From Kath

Google MapsDavid is absolutely amazing. I recommend anyone who wants to make a difference to their fitness, either elite athlete or injury recovery, talk to David. Don't waste time wondering if things will improve. A friend recommended that I see David to see if he could help. I had a tumour removed from my hip which involved major surgery via my thigh. After 7 months of specialist physio and hydrotherapy I could barely walk 100 metres. David is such a genuine, caring professional. After a full assessment David worked with me through some strengthening exercises. He gave me the exercises to do at home. After 6 weeks I had stopped seeing the physio and hydrotherapy, and after 12 weeks am walking 3km each day and swimming once a week.

Google MapsI have been struggling with back pain from a young age, this has accelerated since I had children. Thankfully my GP referred me to David, he came up with a program which helped significantly with the pain management. Not only I cope with the pain much better now, I feel more energetic, more confident, happier, and my body has been in the best state it has ever been. David is friendly, gentle, patient and he is a fantastic exercise physiologist. Highly recommended!

Google MapsI have seen David a few times now. I had been to other physios who had me doing rubber band exercises for months with very little improvement. Every time I've seen David he does a proper mechanical diagnosis, checks my strength and then figures out really useful exercises and movements to get me back on track. He's a no-nonsense professional and every time I've followed his instructions - I've had great results! Helped me with tennis elbow, shoulder injury and lower back pain! Highly recommended.
