I have been a regular patient and have an excellent physiotherapist, however I had a massage from the massage therapist yesterday which resulted in very bad bruising on both arms. I have been in a lot of pain so I went in to show them and the girls on reception acknowledged how bad it was, they proceeded to get management and the manager basically said there’s no damage and she’d let the massage therapist not to go too hard in future. Photo doesn’t do it justice
