My teeth felt sore for over a week, so I made an appointment to be seen at Monash Health Dental Services - Dandenong then I met the receptionist Bridie to check in and she asked me to fill out my medical details then she told me that I would be seen at 1:00 pm. She was well mannered. Later on I met Yirjana the dental nurse who was friendly and took me to meet the dentist Karthiga who was more than welcoming because she was trying to do X-rays of my lower wisdom tooth, when able to view this, she agreed my lower wisdom tooth was sticking out, but growing out into the bone, but she tried to clean it. It was a scary process and it was a little painful too. She told me that I would need to see a specialist if I was to try to remove the wisdom tooth as well. She gave me paperwork to go for OPG at Capital and told me to organise and bring my OPG Xray along to my next appointment. She was a honest and caring dentist. Highly recommended. Thank you.
