I appreciate they don’t just tell you to stop exercising- instead, they work with you to find practical solutions so you can stay active while recovering. Their sports knowledge and willingness to try different strategies made a huge difference for me.

Google MapsI went to Purpose Physiotherapy seeking pain relief for my neck which was extremely stiff and sore with limited mobility. After 4 sessions with Bree my neck is much improved. Bree was delightful to work with. She gave me exercises to do at home and she massaged my neck. Bree also did some dry needling which was most effective. The environment of Purpose Physiotherapy is great and inspires confidence. I highly recommend Bree and her team there. 😊

He helped me manage very difficult pre-surgery pain and encouraged pre-surgery hydrotherapy that would help me to regain strength and mobility post-surgery.
