Ben, Jack and the wider PP team were tremendously helpful. From initial consultation over the phone, to the in person assessment, through to the sessions and weeks following my rehabilitation - Purpose’s commitment to the treatment of my reoccurring knee issue never wavered. Throughout the entirety of the rehab I was supported, guided and provided with personable, easy to digest and palatable structure. I felt years younger physically (and mentally/emotionally) post the 8 weeks with the Purpose team. I cannot recommend them more highly for the confidence they have instilled. 5 stars!

Purpose Physio has been great for our family! Ben has helped my daughter recover from a knee injury, my Dad improve an ankle issue and me personally resolve a running problem. The team are careful and thorough and they resolve the root cause of your issue. Great team, I recommend them!

After dislocating my knee, Purpose Physiotherapy came highly recommend for my recovery. From my first appointment, Jack has been professional, patient and has shown a genuine interest in my recovery. I have found Jack, Ben and the team to be courteous, professional, approachable and always down for a laugh. I can not praise Purpose Physiotherapy highly enough and have no trouble recommending them for anything.

I have been working with Ben towards a goal of getting into running without injury. Ben has a strong focus on patient education and I’m starting to understand more about my body and how certain exercises should feel. I feel supported at Purpose and the video recordings of our sessions are really useful for home training. After 6 weeks of working on hip and knee alignment, I’m excited to say that I’ve started running! Shauna’s clinical strength classes have also been essential.
