Google MapsUpdate for my review! I had booked to get my implanon removed and iud put in and haven’t had the best experiences in the past so i was hesitant going into it however nurse Ellie was so gentle and kind that she made the implanon removal such a breeze. Definitely recommend this place and will continue to go back. Special shoutout aswell to nurse Gaynor for my iud removal aswell, she’s so sweet that she made the whole process stress free. They are truly the best!!

Google MapsI made a booking to see a Doctor and the staff decided to move my appointment to a Nurse. I did not ask to see a Nurse and it was not an appropriate choice for my situation. I was not asked in advance. I wasted my time going there only to be offered a reschedule appointment which was too hard given my circumstances. The nurse at the time was apologetic and polite but I was not happy. Very Very Poor Service. Will not return.

Google MapsAmazing service from start to finish! I came in very nervous for my appointment (IUD insertion) and I had absolutely no need as they were amazing at the procedure and reassuring me. My boyfriend was also entertained by the sexual health trivia questions on the TV whilst waiting for me!
