I'm the post-surgery trans female without reproductive organ and I had phone consulted for continual hormone therapy. The receptionist is lack of gender awareness, I already told them I'm come from Taiwan looking ti continue my treatment in Australia, and the agent told me go back to find my prescribed doctor for my treatment. Their attitude is rude and careless, it is neglect and discrimination to restrict ones' healthy life. ——— update: This isn’t only about gender-affirmation, this is physiological disfunction. My condition would get worser rather than menopause individual which affected my daily life in all-comprehensive ways.

Wonderful experience. I had a really calm, competent and reassuring doctor, doctor in training, and nurse. Everything was professional and thoroughly explained. There was lovely music playing & the clinic space was lovely. Could not rate this place highly enough, thankyou so much to the lovely staff.

SHQ is so friendly and helpful, the vibe was exactly what I needed to navigate my situation. Specifically Jen the counselor is amazing!! Great listener and adds a lot of value in every session.

Iv come a few times now , every time I reach the counter in the front the staff greet me really nicely , I love it . It makes me feel welcome and like they’re happy to see me ! They’re super helpful and friendly ! The doctors have all been really fantastic , they are honestly better to talk to than normal doctors when you’re sick . They have listened to me , taken their time to explain different things to me , and always offer options for me to follow if I want to take anything further . Their bedside manner is very comforting . You have to see somebody different each time , I was worried about that but each woman iv seen has been brilliant ! Thank you SHQ

I’ve been to SHQ a few times for various things and they are such an incredible service. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. They make you feel welcomed, safe and informed and always do the same for your support person. SHQ is such an important service to have here in Perth and have really had a positive impact on me through their services. They also give really good referrals to other services that have also being beneficial. SHQ DESERVES a 5 star rating - and I would recommend it to anyone that wanted to access treatment somewhere they could talk openly without judgement.
