Google MapsI had a very disappointing experience when I called to book a medical appointment for my wife. The nurse I spoke to abruptly ended the call and refused to make the booking, saying she could not discuss my wife's health with me. I completely understand and respect patient privacy, but I wasn’t asking for any medical details—I was simply trying to schedule an appointment on her behalf. What made it even more frustrating is that I’ve never been told anything like that before at any other clinic. In the past, I’ve been able to book appointments for my wife without any issue. The way the situation was handled felt rude and unprofessional. A simple explanation or a request for my wife to confirm the booking would have been enough. Instead, I was cut off mid-conversation, which was both upsetting and unnecessary. We expect more empathy and better communication from healthcare staff, especially when someone is just trying to help a loved one receive care.
