It’s the perfect place to go to smash goals in a supportive and healthy manner. And the entire community is great - there are a few of us who are regular with classes and it’s always nice to see each other and watch each other’s progress. Can’t recommend the gym enough!

Google MapsJoe from Shape Personal Training has been my PT for over 4 years now. He has always shown me that he really cares about my personal health and well being. He always motivates me and never lets me give up. Now that Joe has his own gym I find the atmosphere there always so warm, friendly and caring. All the PT’s at Shape are amazing, they cater to all people eg. Young, middle aged or even the elderly. Nobody is to Young or old to attend Shape Personal Training everyone is welcome. They also have amazing group classes and the latest gym equipment. The place is also one of the cleanest most hygienic gyms I have ever attended.
