From the first day I was never disappointed and now it's been more than 6 months. I am happy with training and accomplished results! It’s clean with high quality equipments, conveniently located with plenty of parking spaces. Joe’s positive attitude was a key factor for choosing this boutique gym. My trainer David is friendly and thorough. Thank you David for helping me get the most out of the limited time I have at the gym. I would definitely recommend Shape PT.

Google MapsI joined ShapePT in January after my old gym closed down. I was a little nervous about joining a new gym but the team at Shape made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Every morning when I walk in I am welcomed with friendly smiles and “good morning’s” from all the team. My trainer Jack is awesome !! He is always positive and is constantly pushing me to be better 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 I highly recommend 😊 Bec G
