What a great hospital. After a nasty bicycle accident in which I was fairly banged up, St Vincent's emergency department were fantastic. I was tended to within 10 minutes and the whole experience from the time I admitted myself to the post visits was amazing. It's the staff which make St Vincent's hospital so wonderful. Professional and caring through & through. The hospital itself is not state of the art modern but more along the lines of well used, but it doesn't matter because once again it's the staff service and level of care which makes it such a special place. Even the post visit follow-up phone messages were a pleasant surprise.Excellent service and absolutely 5 star fantastic.

So thankful for this place and the remarkable people who work there. I’ve spent many weeks here and wouldn’t want to spend my time at any other hospital.
My elderly father was recently admitted to the Emergency department at St Vincent’s, and I was quietly stunned at the level of care. I live in London, and I’ve lived in the US, and I’ve never encountered such a thorough, attentive, human level of care anywhere else in the world. He was transferred to ward the next day, and so well looked after. The medical staff, the doctors, nurses and pharmacists were exemplary. Even the food was decent! Thanks to everyone at this wonderful institution. My mother and the rest of the family are forever grateful.
