Google MapsI would highly recommend all the services from TLC. I have been ordering these great meals for the past 7 years and have always been more than happy. Its easy to order, large selection to choose from, delivery is made to my home and if I want they even pack straight into my freezer. Presentation and quality is excellent, so if your looking for pre cooked meals TLC is the one!

Google MapsThis meals company was recommended by a nutritionist at the hospital where my husband was recuperating. When he came home we decided to order it. The food arrived and we both had the soup for lunch. I had potato and leek and my husband had pea soup. A short time after eating soup I had excruciating stomach pains, diarrhea and felt so sick. The pea soup was disgusting and looked like green gunge. My husband had the pork roast dinner and had stomach cramps afterwards. We spend $266.00 on meals and soup to last afew weeks. These products will have to be tossed in the bin as obviously there was something wrong with the food. Please don't waste your money, it not only tastes disgusting but you might get very sick. I am considering reporting to the N.S.W. Health Dept.

Google MapsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered meals to be delivered and was told that on the Sunshine Coast they were to be delivered on Friday. I waited ALL day - even skipped my appointments to wait and rang at 4pm to check when the delivery was to be coming. After 6 phone calls they finally told me that my meals weren't on the manifest and no meals were coming. If I hadn't called they would not have told me anything. I then had to ring my carer organisation to find an emergency visit to go grocery shopping as I had no food as the meals were for a fortnight. And then after receiving an apology that the manager was going to get new couriers this had never happened before they gave me complimentary meals. Only to discover on Saturday evening the meals sitting outside my door. No one rang me, no one knocked on the door. The meals sat there for hours without my knowing. 2 weeks later I then ordered another load of meals and rang twice to see what time the courier was coming and was told the courier hadn't bothered to drop the meals off at all and were going to be arriving Saturday. They couldn't tell me what time and they were closed on Saturday and so I couldn't ring to check or if something were to go wrong no one will help. Utterly useless. They said the manager is still in the process of THINKING about changing couriers and can't guarantee anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
