Google MapsI recently moved to TLC as my meal provider. Soooo disappointed!!! The meat content in every meal is small. But the main problem was that in each meal at least a third to half, sometimes even more of the meat was fat, gristle, sinew etc. Very little of the already small size of the steak was actually meat.( see photos. The third and fifth photo show the fat i stripped of the the "steak") What finally prompted me to cancel my meal arrangement after only a few weeks was that in the last week or so, at least 80% of the meat in my meal was fat. I realized I could not continue to starve and top up each meal with toast or eggs. In addition I'm not getting my RDA of protein AND the high fat content is not doing my arteries any good. In fact I found myself gagging on eating a piece I thought was meat but was actually just another lump of fat.

Google MapsGreat selection of meals, so many to choose from, spoilt for choice. Call-centre staff are so lovely when taking my order, cant thank them enough for their assistance. Meals arrived in the timeframe I was given via text message, and I was able to track my delivery which was great. The meals were tasty. Impressed that fresh potatoes are used (no potato flakes which I hate!), good quality meat and easy to heat. Great selection of desserts too! Will definitely return.

Google MapsSorry to say that the meals we have received are awful. This is supposed to be chicken parmigiana. Nothing like it. Bland tough and joining the meals of the last two nights in the bin. The meals were part of a hospital discharge programme. They were two weeks late coming to start with but forget that… they are unpalatable. Sorry but if people don’t tell you you won’t know

Google MapsIf you are looking for meals that truly taste home cooked you can't go past Tender Loving Cuisine. Frozen veggies usually have that ‘frozen’ taste but all TLC's veggies taste like I just steamed them myself. The meats are juicy and tender, and all the meals taste 'real'. The variety is fantastic and free delivery to my door is brilliant. Excited to go through the whole menu and try every meal.
