Google MapsHad my first physio consultation with Laura for neck pain. I had positive overall experience start from bookings and post consultation- follow up. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand what might be causing the pain. She gave me some exercises to start with. Few days later I was able to do normal exercise without any pain going on. Really friendly and helpful — would definitely recommend!

I started coming here in March 2025 and have been seeing Laura Chang ever since. She's been incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Getting professional advice from someone like Laura has definitely been worth it. She’s kept me on track with my recovery, making sure I’m doing everything correctly to avoid further injury. Laura is always bubbly, professional, and focused, and she knows exactly how to get me back on the right path. There have been ups and downs with my progress, mainly because consistency with the exercises is key and something I’ve had to work on. But Laura has always supported me, adapting the program to suit my needs and any changes that might affect my condition. I’m really glad I made the decision to come here and to work with someone as dedicated and knowledgeable as Laura. I would highly recommend her and Active Physio, they are in a convenient location, just the building infront of Epping Coles
