Google MapsI can’t recommend Mr. Jeff wolak enough, I came to him with back pain that was really affecting my work and everyday life. Thanks to his expertise, hands-on approach and genuine care I’m now pain-free and feeling strong again. He really knows his stuff and truly cares about his patients. Just an all-around great physio and a great person to have on your side. He also treated my 15 years old son after sport injury miraculously. Thank you Jeff and team , true legends !

Google MapsMy family and I have been going to Active Lifestyle Physio for a number of years now and we’ve always had a great experience. All the physios and the reception staff are friendly and attentive. In the last few months, hubby and I have been working on a number of lower back and shoulder issues with Laura. We’ve found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Her dry needling skills is a God send! Within a few treatments she gets our pain under control, and our bodies functioning again. Her prescribed exercises are also easy to follow, and very effective. Thank you Laura and Active Lifestyle Physio team for providing a great service to the Epping and surrounding community.

Google MapsI had a knee issue for months and been seeing a physio elsewhere. After lot of time , visits and money wasted decided to try Active Lifestyle Physiotherapy at Epping as a last straw. Wow this has just been amazing. I have being seeing Jeff Wolak. I have had the best experience with marked improvement, easy take home lessons and Jeff understood my frustration with the injury. I highly recommend Jeff . I certainly will not be going to see anyone else in the future.

Google MapsActive Lifestyle Physiotherapy Epping I was not happy with my previous physiotherapist in the treatment of my hip and neck problems. He was too rough, and I was even more in pain for a few days afterwards. I asked my G.P. for an alternative practice and he recommended Active Lifestyle. I have been quite impressed with them. Jeff explained to me what the cause of my discomfort was and handled my pain issues to my satisfaction. He applied the right pressure in loosening my tendons and muscles and recommended daily exercises through a Physio program. I went to consult him for 4 sessions and my condition has improved markedly I can highly recommend the practice which is located in front of Coles in the Genesis building.
