I’ve been seeing Laura for help with my lower back pain, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She’s friendly, attentive, and takes the time to explain the ‘why’ behind the issues, which has really helped me understand my treatment. Her care and support always make me feel comfortable and looked after. Anna at the front desk is also so lovely and welcoming. Together they make such a caring, supportive team. I’m so grateful to have found them!

I’ve suffered with lower back issues for quite a few years and have seen many different practitioners, physios, osteopaths, chiropractors etc. Laura at Active Lifestyle has been excellent, I’m getting great improvement in my mobility and in far less pain. She doesn’t shy away from making me work for it, which I think has been the difference. It’s all very organised, you’ll receive an action plan with diagrams of your exercises and I’ve not felt pushed in any way to keep attending the surgery as I improve. Wholeheartedly recommended

Kiara was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly understood my condition. She is the best I had shoulder bursitis for about a year and a half and tried several physiotherapy clinics with little improvement. I came here as a last resort, and within just one month I saw an amazing change. My shoulder movement feels so much better. Highly recommend, especially for long-term shoulder issues.
