With her expertise she has been able to pinpoint my flareups each time i visit her and i have found much needed relief! Highly recommended to all!

Google MapsI went to see Laura for pain in my lower back and consistent pain in my feet. She was able to diagnose both issues within our first session and left me with renewed flexibility in my back after the first hour together! My feet continued to get stronger through her excellent regiment of strengthening my calves to take pressure off my feet. Five months later, I am completely healed and feel like I can engage in activities again and not strain my body. I would highly recommend Laura and the team at Active Lifestyle Physiotherapy for their professionalism and proactive approach to recovery.

Laura helped me get rid of pain in my hips and knees during sport and long treks. She also taught me how to self manage when pain comes back and gave me strengthening exercise I can easily do every day. Highly recommended!

Google MapsJeff is a very experienced and highly credentialed physio, and it shows in his response to treatment - I have seen Jeff for 2 separate injuries now in the past 6 months, and for both he has been thorough with his diagnosis and highly effective with my treatment. First injury is resolved, and second one is well on the path to recovery. He is also a very good communicator, explaining the issue clearly and the required treatment approach, which builds confidence and gives a sense that you’re in the right hands. Highly recommend. I also want to recommend Cam and the other physios at the practice. While I’m currently being treated by Jeff, I’ve been using Active Lifestyle Physio since 2013, including treatment from Cam and Kiara at various stages, and like Jeff they are also excellent at their work. Cam runs a great practice and I have recommended it to a number of friends.
