Google MapsA SCAM! I ordered a product and I am still yet to receive it weeks later. The business is refusing to refund the money and/advise when it will be received. Similar to the below review, there is no answer of the phone and a complete lack of appropriate email response in a timely manner. Indeed, I have received lies via email, e.g. there was a power outage at the warehouse so they could not answer the phone or provide a tracking update. The phone line rang, there was clearly no power outage. The package was sent weeks ago, if indeed at all, alternatively it is lost. I will be making appropriate reports to the ACCC and considering legal action to recover the money I have paid.
