Google Maps.Its frustrating phoning Blue Care Alexandra Hills the waiting time is excessive. Today I waited 10 minutes before the switchboard operator could take my incoming call. Whilst I could have left a message I’m never certain I will get a quick reply. This has been a long standing problem that Blue Care Customers have to put up with!! A very dissatisfied client!

Google MapsImpossible to make contact now with the new impersonal 1300 number. After listening about how wonderful Blue Care is over and over I get cut off at the end. The request just keeps repeating over and over to leave my number and I will get a call back Did this ....got no call back. This is uncaring public relations.

Google MapsThe whole experience of blue care is so shoddy!! Firstly their charges are so inconsistent and their administration leaves a lot to be desired, they do not listen to their clients ,but are quick to send their a./c I have cancelled the service 3 weeks ago but they still insist on wanting to send people here! And take money from my bank a/c. People be aware!!

Google MapsWe had ladies coming for personal care for mum and they were nice enough but beyond giving her a shower they were pretty useless. Their staffing office were unable to send consistent people which meant always having to show them her showering routine again and again and again. We tried getting them in to make breakfast for mum but again every carer did it differently. No consistency made the service more hassle than a help. And as for the admin people, totally hopeless, negative 5 stars for them. This organization puts their business model before the the needs of the the clients, would not recommend. As for non for profit, ha, bet the people at the top are on six figures. Oh, and after the royal commission, the gov fixed all these problem, yeah right!

Google MapsIf it was possible to leave a lower score then i would have. My mother has been having personal care for 5 years with bluecare and the service keeps getting worse. Yesterday no one turned up for her shower and this is not the 1st time this has happened. You don't even receive a curteousy call to let you know. We are in the Caboolture area and the service is abysmal in this area. I am sure you have and will be losing alot of clients to other services. Time to actually care about the people who are paying your wages
