My parents recently visited Compact Home Lifts They had a wonderful experience. They were assisted by Sahara, who was absolutely lovely. She took the time to walk them through the lift options, explained everything clearly, and made them feel comfortable throughout the process. She even took photos for them, which they really appreciated. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care really stood out. My parents left very impressed and will definitely be coming back when they’re ready to purchase a lift.

We first contacted Compact Lift in November last year regarding a home lift installation. Marcus visited our home twice to inspect the installation position and patiently coordinated multiple details via email until the contract was finalized smoothly. In February this year, John, Keanu, and Aidan carried out the installation. The entire process was highly professional and well-organized. After completion, they gave my mother a thorough and patient demonstration of how to use the lift. The whole team worked seamlessly together and made the experience stress-free and reassuring. We truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend Compact Lift to anyone considering a lift installation.

The sales rep. Marcus was on time and had good knowledge of the product. He answered all our questions and did assist in other issues with regards to the installation date. We had to push forward the installation as it was above what we expected. . By doing so that gives us sometime to catch up with what was quoted to us. Marcus and his team helped us through this. Highly recommended and can’t wait for it to be installed.

We have just restarted our wondering if we need a lift or not and have had a very helpful and professional start with Compact lifts. A site visit was organized quickly, and the salesman Marcus was polite, personable, patient with all our questions, and informative. Great booklets and a floor cutout helped us visualize what we might be in for. A visit to the showroom was also great to experience the lift. Again, Marcus answered all or questions patiently and with no heavy sell. So far so good and on reading many of the other reviews it fills us with confidence to go ahead.
