Shauna was amazing and helped me get back to feeling stronger and more flexible than I was pre surgery. She was very patient with me and helped and helped build an exercise plan that I could stick to and enjoyed doing. I highly recommend Shauna and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Jack’s support and genuine care for me as a client, player, and person is unmatched and got me through rehab. Google MapsI have done multiple pilates classes at the Woonona location and will gladly recommend them to anyone, whether that be for muscular advice, injury rehabilitation, or someone who wishes to try their physical classes. The staff are always welcoming and approachable as soon as you enter the door making you feel a great sense of rapport. This is continued into their sessions through the careful catering of concerns by the physiotherapists as well as after through their follow up phone calls. They are knowledgeable and professional, providing answers to all inquiries relating to up coming sessions or when nervous about perform varying movements. Overall the way the Woonona team treat their clients is outstanding and they have left me wanting to come back every time due to well deserved confidence in their abilities. I have loved every experience and thank them for their continued commitment to their clientele, great work Purpose Physiotherapy Woonona! 💙
