They double as a fantastic sponsor to the Woonona Sharks Football Club, where Erynne has become so strongly embedded in the club family. She’s amazing at her job, and brings an energy to the prem girls team that no-one else can. Highly recommended!

He was able to diagnose my issue very promptly and helped slowly reintroduce mobility to my back … which meant after 3 sessions I was once again able to confidently pick up my 10kg son without pain! Very thankful for his knowledge and for being an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Google MapsI found the team at Purpose to be caring, thoughtful and skilled. I worked with Ben initially who immediately was able to read the MRI report and apply the necessary treatment offering what is a chronic issue some sense of relief. Ben then referred me onto Shauna for rehab, I work with Shauna weekly with great success. As it is a chronic issue the work is ongoing and requires nuanced exercise. Shauna is extremely knowledgeable and is able to see and understand the long game in strengthening and managing the area. Shauna is no nonsense and works you hard, she knows her stuff. I would highly recommend the team at Purpose and and particularly Shauna and Ben.
