NDIS price limits, right in Chrome
NDIS Price Guide keeps the official support catalogue in your browser’s side panel, so you can check a price limit or claim rule without opening a spreadsheet.
Built for the way providers bill
For support workers, rostering and finance teams, therapists, support coordinators and plan managers.
Find any support item
Search the 2026-27 NDIS Support Catalogue by item number or plain words. See National, Remote and Very Remote price limits side by side.
Check what you can claim
See whether an item allows provider travel, short notice cancellations, non-face-to-face time and reports, with links to separate claim items.
Price invoice lines
Enter hours and minutes or units and your rate. Get the line total, a warning above the price limit and a line ready to paste.
Look up an item in seconds
Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it to your toolbar. It works in Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers that support side panels.
The price list is built in, so it works offline. You don’t need an account or an NDIS Provider Review listing to use it.
How to use it
Click the toolbar icon or press Alt+Shift+N to open the side panel.
Search an item number, such as 0107, or words like “self-care weekday”.
Select an item number on any page, right-click and choose “Look up … in NDIS Price Guide”.
Private, and clear about its limits
The extension has no access to the pages you visit. It only sees text you choose to look up from the right-click menu. It sends no data to us or anyone else: your price zone and recently viewed items stay in your browser.
Price limits come from the NDIS Support Catalogue 2026-27, effective 1 July 2026. Always check the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and your service agreement before you claim. NDIS Provider Review is independent and is not affiliated with the NDIA, the NDIS Commission or Google.
