How we research and maintain our NDIS guides.
How guides are written
Our NDIS content author writes guides in plain English around questions participants and providers ask. Each guide lists its official sources. We check factual statements against those sources before publication and record a separate last checked date on the guide.
Review and data updates
We re-check guides against their listed NDIA and NDIS Commission sources at least every six months and sooner when a rule or source changes. We refresh imported data files when their official source publishes a new version, and display the source and effective date alongside data-driven tools.
Corrections
If you find an error or an outdated link, please contact us with the guide URL and the correction. We check the source, fix confirmed errors, and update the guide’s check date.
NDIS Provider Review is independent of the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
