I'm specifically warning Chinese NDIS investors in Chinese not to partner with them. In 2019, I invested in an NDIS property and was recommended Howard to provide caring services. They charged a service fee of 20,000 AUD, which included supposedly finding suitable tenants, daily management, and the NDIS annual inspection. However, for a year after the new house was completed, they didn't find any clients for me. Furthermore, I discovered that their advertisements didn't cover the area where my investment property was located, and I received no income whatsoever for the entire year. For the first year's annual inspection, they introduced me to a company that charged a couple thousand AUD, I forget the exact amount, but I found their website and called to inquire. Their annual inspection quote was less than 500 AUD, not to mention that the agreed-upon 20,000 AUD service fee already included the inspection fee. Therefore, I chose to terminate my partnership with them and demanded a refund (because they hadn't found any tenants, so there were no management fees, and they couldn't prove they had advertised my property or made any other efforts). Initially, they refused to refund anything, claiming that costs had been incurred. I requested a cost breakdown, which they refused to provide. With the help of other people involved, they finally agreed to refund $5,000 on the condition that I sign a commitment not to pursue the matter further. I agreed. However, when I went to their office the next day to pick up the keys and get my refund, their boss, Howard, suddenly changed his mind and only refunded $3,000. I was furious, but I was also very busy at the time and didn't want to get entangled in the matter; I just wanted to get rid of them. So I accepted. Later, I found another, larger caring company, and they quickly found me a room full of tenants. So, why am I writing this Google review? Because I was bored today and suddenly remembered this incident. I was waiting for my wife to choose clothes, and I was so bored that I decided to recount what happened back then. I can only say that there are also companies among Australians that specialize in exploiting Chinese people; please be vigilant.
Honestly, what a shame I cant leave 0 stars. Just spoke to Sue, not even remotely interested in listening or helping...it is a complete shame that the NDIS is filled with companies like Adelphi and employees like Sue. All I can say is if you have a NDIS enquiry, a property, do not call Adelphi you are wasting your time and you may disturb Sue.
