Not professional hanging up on me, I'm not impressed with how unprofessional this company is.

If you have a family member that you don't care particularly too much about this is the company for you. I would give zero stars if I could. To allow an NDIS participant become housed with 40 or so people with serious drug and alcohol issues is beyond appalling. To subject their own employees to that as well is even more disturbing, but to have the belief that that is an acceptable environment for an NDIS participant or support worker to live or work in is just completely unacceptable. No NDIS participants should ever have to ask their support workers to avoid being assaulted by other residents or stepping on used syringes. Unacceptable that this was allowed to happen and that there has been no accountability.
