Approved Care

The team at Approved Care are providing support for the family member I’m guardian for, who has a serious mental illness. All the support workers are kind and caring and manage difficult situations effectively, with understanding and compassion. They manage to calm him when he becomes unwell, angry or distressed. They liaise with me on a regular basis, and I with them. In this way, we are all aware of his mental state at any given time and can intervene before things gets out of control. They also send me photos of the good times when he is relaxed and enjoying himself which is lovely to see and lifts my spirits enormously. To be perfectly honest, I don’t know how I would manage without the support from Approved Care. They are the best!
