Rithika, the consultant in Brighton branch was one of the best, caring, knowledgeable and considerate consultants. Her purpose was clear and that was focusing on what’s best for the customer (us in this case). Ensuring the product is right for the person and fit for purpose. We had gone to purchase something small but ended up buying so much more just because we felt comfortable and confident she was not there to sell only but to answer our questions and showed us products that was related to our concerns and we ended up with what we wanted and had waited on for a long time! Went in store today to assess a mattress for lower back pain. Rick assisted my mother and I amazingly. Offered so much advice and support walked out feeling really great. Exceptional service I would honestly go there if your looking for advice on a mattress and to buy if you have back pain. Thanks again Rick!

Rick Morris at Beds for Backs in Brighton has been the most helpful salesperson I've come across in many years. Probably that's because he's also the Customer Service Manager for Beds for Backs all over Melbourne. Rick spent about 1.5 hours with us in the shop originally to help us select the products we needed to cope with ageing hips, shoulders and backs. He then came to our home when the frame kit and mattress were delivered and did the initial set up and adjustments for our needs. The frame can be set up differently for each side of the bed, which is great. After about 6 weeks we felt it was still not quite right so talked to Rick about swapping for a softer version of the mattress, which you can do within 60 days of purchase (there may be a change of price of course, if you swap for a more expensive mattress). Rather than do that straight away, Rick came to our home again with a foam topper to go on the mattress we had bought, made some further adjustments to the frame and voila - we are now sleeping very comfortably and at a much cheaper cost for the topper than swapping for a more expensive mattress. So I highly recommend Beds for Backs and particularly Rick for his willingness to spend time with us initially in the store and then the 2 visits at no cost to our home to help us find the most cost-effective final solution for our needs.

We were heading off to a local mattress manufacture, and decided to drop into Beds for Backs on our way and so pleased we did. Rick Morris, thank you for your professionalism and understanding of my ongoing issues with lower back and hip pain. You knew exactly what I needed to get a more comfortable and supportive bed. Your efforts including a home visit to undertake final adjustment showed how dedicated to your work you are.

My wife and I travelled to Beds for Backs in Brighton recently to collect a pillow my wife won in a radio promotion. I expected we would just collect the pillow and that would be that. However Rick Morris took the time to make sure I got a pillow that really suited me and I was able to make sure that it really was going to be a good pillow. I've been sleeping on my ErgoLife winged pillow for over a week now and have found it really comfortable.
