Google MapsI recently contacted Rick Morris at the Brighton store to ask if he could help with supply of 4 lower legs for my mother’s adjustable bed. These extra legs did come with the purchase of her bed a year ago but she had misplaced them. Rick went out of his way to locate these from the warehouse (which by the way, now make them with different threads on the screws) and came to the house twice after work hours to not only deliver the legs but also install. He is the friendliest, most helpful man whose customer service goes above and beyond. Rick, thank you so so much for helping us out at this most difficult time during mum’s surgery.
