Google MapsI have an elevated 3 storey home. Unfotunately its too difficult to install a lift without removing the staircase. Mark came out to inspect and came up with potential ways to install a lift. As its a diffcult house I just cant make it work but Mark and Compact lifts were great in talking thro the problems, explaining solutions and letting me think. Highly recommend even if we didnt buy a lift!!!

Google MapsCompact Home Lifts came to discuss options for fitting a lift in our home. The sales surveyor Marcus, was friendly, polite and came very well prepared. He reviewed our house, suggested different options and patiently answered all our questions. Although we are not going ahead with the lift as it doesn't suit our circumstances, we were very impressed with Marcus' knowledge and professionalism.

He and his co-worker arrived on time, were courteous and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Once completed, Martin gave us a thorough run-through of the lift’s features and procedures, patiently answering all our questions. We’re similarly impressed with the look and the quality of the Elegance Plus and have no hesitation in recommending Compact to anyone wanting a stylish home lift and excellent service.
