Sahara provided pricing, installation details, dimensions and so much more and emailed supporting documentation whilst we spoke. Google MapsWe are planning a new 45.5 sq 2 storey home and getting on in years, so a lift between floors would suit. We visited Compact Home Lifts at Rosebery, Sydney and was greeted by Sahara Aboujibai. Sahara was most friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Test ran the Elegance Plus model and were suitably impressed. We were to finalise our house design plans and then get back to Sahara for her to check if all was ok for our provision in the plans accomodating the lift between floors. Had some delays in finalising house plans but now very close to finalising them so we will definitely get back to Sahara/ Compact Home lifts to reconfirm our lift provisions will be suitable for Elegance Plus Lift model.

Was a pleasure to meet them, they work well together. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a fantastic lift in their home. The help that Jeff from the warehouse gave me, he went above and beyond as well. Ps, even the dog enjoys a ride. Thank you again !

Google MapsMmm what can I say other than be cautious of this company. The actual product from Stilz lifts is great but the company business services are extremely poor. They would not survive if their customers were not disabled or elderly. They are very poor at communication and unreliable. The actual installers and technicians are good but he people who organise installation or warranty services are disorganised. I put off a hospital clinic appointment as they gave me a state and time for a warranty service at the same time. I waited patiently and no one turned up to do the service. 2 hours into the allocated arrival time they sent and email telling me a new date - not a rescheduled meeting. Who looks at the emails every minute of the day. Not the first time this has happened. I now there are other lifts comparable to Stilz but with a better busy process attached. Be very careful

Google MapsMartin and Aaron installed our compact lift last week and it went really smoothly. They explained how to work it, and went over details in the contract so we would feel at ease. They were cheerful and efficient, and left the place quite clean. Very happy with their service, and we give 5 stars to Aaron and Martin for their good work.
