I was, very luckily, one of Vicki and Randy's very first clients some years ago. Having multiple, extremely complex issues, a lot of people put my needs in the too hard basket. From day 1, Vicki and Randy Suson, and their staff have constantly gone the extra step for all my requirements. The only complaint I have, is I can only give 5 stars. Words can't truly convey how much help and care that Grevillea put into their clients.

The whole team demonstrates a strong commitment to providing quality support and genuinely care about the people they work with. I'm very happy with the support I receive from Grevillea Care Services. As a participant, it's really important for me to feel understood and supported, and the team always goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They take the time to listen to me and help me with all the things I need in my day-to-day life. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and I always feel comfortable asking for help. Their support makes a big difference in helping me feel more independent and confident. What means the most to me is how they treat me like a family. They are kind, patient , and genuinely caring and I always feel safe and respected when they are around.
