David had a gentle determined manner and is by his clients side every step of the way . My mother who is in her 80 's is Davids client . I bring her along to sessions with David at the local gym and have seen an amazing positive change in her wellbeing .

It not only helped me to strengthen my knee but also helped me to build up my muscles for my upper body to help with my neck pain. I feel my body is getting stronger gradually. Highly recommend

Honsetly, I had wanted all five to be Physio and wondered what will excercise physiologist do. David changed my opinion completely and now I wish I had got all 5 for excercise physiologist. David has in-depth knowledge of his domain and helped me with understanding the root cause of my issue. He made an excercise plan for me which I am following diligently and can feel the difference. I would highly recommend David to anyone and everyone and would be returning myself for sure.
