Google MapsFollowing a referral by my doctor, I first saw David in Feb 2020 just before COVID restrictions. It's now June 2021, and, other than lock down periods have seen David mostly 3 times a week. His direction, consistency in approach, knowledge, understanding and adaption to my needs, service with an infectious smile (sometimes hidden behind a COVID mask!!), record keeping of each session, have led to my health issues largely being under control, and a happy doctor!! I never thought I would say I enjoyed the gym, but I now do!. He has also motivated me to walk and bike ride as an adjunct to my time with him. I have no hesitation in recommending David
