I have been using MyIntegra plan management for almost a year now and I have found them to be very good. The customer service has always been exceptional and I haven't had any issues to date. The only reason this is a 4 star review and not a 5 start review is because I find their app to be a little annoying at times.

My Integra have always been helpful with resolving any issues or questions. I have received prompt courteous help over the phone and assistance with making claims and reimbursements and navigating the system and its changes.

Easy to make contact. Person to person service, not a sub contracted custmer call service. Request actioned and explained promptly, clear conversation, no scripting, friendly staff with competent and confident responses. Great organisation to do business with.
