ClickabilityAs a small Service Provider with less than 10 staff. I manage a number of payments from an array of plan managers. I was disappointed with NDSP. Following a meet and greet with one of their employees I was excited to be able to give their information to my participants. It is true that their on boarding time if efficient however that is where it ceases to be efficient. . NDSP consistently pay later than 5 to 7 business days. NDSP do not manage phone calls well around chasing up outstanding invoices. And when I have rung them their manner is belittling. NDSP did not give the NAPPA sign in information to my client and when we made contact they took 2 days to get back to her and then someone told her that NDSP had sent the email. - they had not. It took a week to get this information to log in. NDSP advise that it takes 2 days to respond to emails. This is ridiculous. My previous role before I went out as a small provider was working closely with many other stakeholders. I am in constant communication with Support Coordinators and participants alike.. I have shared my concerns with them around the lateness of NDSP. I would not give NDSP my recommendation any more. There are many better Plan Managers out there providing a more client / worker focused approach. As a small Service Provider I am concerned with clients coming up for Change of Circumstance or out of Plan review with funds going to Provider Payments. Being that NDSP are slow to action any invoice - Even if I Invoiced regularly I feel that I would loose about 2 weeks of supports to Provider Payments then having to wait 6 months for payment,
