Dr Asela Ponweera suite 23 shouldn’t work on this practice. I booked at 10.45AM, at the time I arrived he called in 1 patient, he saw them for 5 mins and they left. After that he didn’t open the door for 45 mins after which he saw another patient for 5 mins and they left This kind of behaviour is ridiculous and unprofessional. Our medical doesn’t take telehealth and if that’s the case what are you doing in a room for 45 mins? I will surely pass your name and this experience to everyone I know.

The fellow manning the reception desk on the night of 23rd of April, 2025 at around 9pm clearly does not like his job. I signed in, saw my doctor and went to go fill a urine sample container. When I went back to the front desk to double check where I leave the sample, before I could even say anything the fellow bluntly said "take a seat, the doctor will see you" like bro, relax. I'm done, I just wanted to know where to place the urine sample. How about you ask how you can help me next time? Also, having an airpod in your ear and playing on your phone while at the front desk looks bad.

If you can see yourself waiting 2 hours and it’s normal, then you can keep visiting the Better book an appointment with a family doctor and stick to it.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. I was told the wait time would be 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 4 hours to be seen. No updates, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. If they had been honest about the wait time, I could’ve made other arrangements. This kind of disregard for people’s time is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time.

0 starts- SCAMMERS. My wife had an appointment and was charged $150. Fair enough. Had a follow up 3 days later- went in to the doctors to check her results. Literally sat there for 2 minutes and was charged $175 for an appointment longer than 20 mins. What a JOKE
