Google Mapsall in one place, many doctors available and straight forward with booking. It would be great if the app could also show the number of patients ahead of us in the queue.

Google MapsYour receptionist on duty at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 06th December was extremely rude to regular customers. She kept people waiting in the queue on purpose and insisted that everyone make appointments through the app, even after we clearly explained why we were unable to do so. We have never had any issues with any of the other front-desk staff, who have always been helpful and professional. Unfortunately, this one employee’s behaviour overshadowed the good work of the doctors and the rest of the team. It was a very disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the service provided.

Google MapsDr. Sasivathani Sayanthan is always my first choice. Very calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. Our Medical Marsden Park has everything you need. It’s easy to access and very convenient for people living around the area.

Google MapsGood thing about this medical centre is they are open till 10pm. Waiting time to see a doctor is terrible. I had to wait over 4 hours to see the doctor. Also some doctors take patients who show up without being on the queue before patients who are actually on the queue

Google MapsThis has been the worst experience I’ve had with this medical centre. I joined the queue and waited for almost two hours to see a female doctor. I understand that clinics can get busy, but I saw several patients check in after me and still get seen by the same doctor before me. How is that possible? If we are waiting in the queue, how can new patients who arrive later be served first by the same doctor? When I asked the receptionist, she did not give me any satisfactory explanation. I also understand that some patients may require urgent attention, but the same doctor called in some patients without even announcing their names, which made it seem like personal acquaintances were being prioritised. This felt very unprofessional. I am really disappointed with this medical centre.
