Google MapsBest Vinnie's I've been in ever. Everything is so organized, clothes are colour co-ordinated, the place was spotless. Staff member receiving donations was very polite, and helpful. Staff in store ,were also extremely nice.

Google MapsAs a family we like to give to others but now days charity it's no charity but money making for some people, can't believe how rude was my experience with vinnies, have no reason to take any garbage for the poor, and none was rubbish, but because it's no really charity and only care how they are going to sell when you are giving them, everything is rubbish, if you ask any of the charities to come to your house and pick up, this was they can choose what to get, all they will say is, we don't do that So disappointed with charities

Google MapsAbsolutely ridiculous having goods turned away for being “dirty”. It was NOT dirty. It was a brand new item that my child had used once. Maybe it had a piece of fluff on it. Also refused a very large, thick mink blanket in the middle of one of the coldest winters because it had a 2mm hole in the edging. Saying my items were “very ripped and really dirty”, which was completely untrue. He suggested I send it to landfill instead. I have bought items from vinnies in very poor condition compared to my items, because they are still usable. I am appalled to learn they don’t wash any of the items before selling them either. Sorry but is Vinnies for used goods or brand new goods?

Google MapsBig store and large range but totally overpriced. $25 for a slow cooker that I myself bought in Big W for $17.99?? Yeah right, Vinnies. And its not just this Vinnies store that's a problem, I'm finding Vinnies across the board has really upped its prices over the last few years, obviously got a memo from head office to do so. I'm now rarely shopping at Vinnies at all (which is a shame) and donating my used goods elsewhere where the prices are fairer. I get that they are using the funds raised to help people, but charging more than a store would for a used item is just not on.

Google MapsVery poor attitude by an older women when I went to drop off my donations. Asked if anything damaged mind you was looking in a brand new box that had a Christmas Dinner set in it unopened she was just was so rude felt like I was doing the wrong thing by donating it. Be grateful that you have received a lot of brand new stuff that I have donated over the last few weeks but that will be the last won’t be spoken to that way again and will take my stuff elsewhere now!!!
