Google MapsThe people who accept donations here are very rude and ungrateful. While dropping off clothes, I mentioned they all belonged to my family who had all recently passed within the last week. The man there, instead of wishing condolences, said "we don't accept clothes from the estate (the dead) on public holidays". I truly wish I had of donated these clothes to the homeless instead of this horrible place. Will be telling everyone I know to boycott.

Google MapsGreat clean shop with good selection. A thanks to Len who works in entertainment section - CDs, Movies. Ive been going to 2nd hand shops for years and his knowledge and customer service skills are probably the best in ANY store in Sydney going well above and beyond. This is what all staff should aspire to, a true asset and I hope he is rewarded. Agree with the other reviews about volunteer Rose having also bad experience, management must address these concerns.

Google MapsCame in today the store is bigger than expected but very understaffed, or at least has the staff but only one of them seemed to be doing anything, girl with black hair, was very kind and helpful, whilst the only other old lady I saw ignored me and told her to do it as she sat on her butt, as the girl ran around trying to do everything, clearly overworked and deserves a raise (if staff there gets paid, if she is a volunteer than its even worse that nobody else was helping her, especially if they get paid) But to the girl at the front very helpful and friendly, thank you, you were wonderful and we need more of you, these 5 stars are all for you (and that it is a larger store than most as well)

Google MapsThe team at the received donations station today seems stress, impatience, unpleasant when we donationated a lot of quality clothing, kitchen and household goodies instead a smile and welcoming greetings. Shocking!

Google MapsBeautiful big shop. Nice and clean, and well set out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the prices are just way over the top. Some of these items can be purchased brand new from the store they were originally sold in for less. In regards to vintage items, wow the prices are just unrealistic. Most of these items can be purchased online for a 3rd of the price including postage. Just because it's vintage, does not mean it's valuable. Whoever prices your items, especially the vintage ones, really needs to do their research first before choosing these very unrealistic prices.
