Google MapsI have been going to Vinnies Burwood for years, but during the last two years I noticed a big change. The quality of the items is still the same, but everything has become ridiculously expensive! Also, the staff is not very friendly, they are always looking at you as if you're going to steal something. Now, if I want to spend money on second-hand things, I go to The Smith Family.

Google MapsCustomer service here is horrible! Asked the cashier if I could try on the other side of a shoe and he didn't acknowledge me at all - just gave me a disgusted look as if I'd just insulted him. Came with a friend and as we left she pointed out how the same cashier had been friendly and interactive with the lady being served before her, but once she got to the counter his demeanour changed completely. I noticed this too as I purchased separately from her. Only difference was we were two asian women. As paying customers, this really is not acceptable at all. Not to mention how overpriced the items are anyway! 0/10 would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this place.

Google MapsRidiculously expensive. You're selling donated clothes, keep it affordable. The people who shop in these stores can't afford $25 for a simple piece of clothing.

Google MapsI used to find some real gems in here but they've changed the store layout, reduced the things they put out and it's no longer as good. I never really find anything anymore. Super disappointing. Even more so as I've noticed the pricing has increased. It was expensive before, but it is out of control now.

But customer service 0 Plus the most disturbing is the prices over there honestly since when the old and used much much more expensive then the new the guy inside decided to fight Me didn't won't me to take pictures A used Nike hoodie $55 the same one and new at DFO $25 No name jeans $35 Same no name jeans $15 at bigw Pollo shirt $40 I don't understand are there to help the needy and poor or are they one of the high end shops. Please stay away from Burwood vinnies
